We will not disclose information, including but not limited to, contact information, online inquiries, initial consultation information, and case details about clients or prospective clients without permission.
Attorneys have independent ethical obligations that require disclosure of certain information, such as illegal or fraudulent acts committed by clients in the course of the representation, the intention to commit a future crime, or when the attorney is required to divulge information pursuant to a court order.
We use secure online payment software. Our firm does not retain payment information.
During the course of representation, you will receive copies of documents received or filed on your behalf. If you provide materials to us, you will have the opportunity to retrieve them from us upon the conclusion of your case. We keep files for five years after the conclusion of a case. After five years has passed, your file may be destroyed without notice to you.
